Major Update: Fulfillment, Insert Instructions, Tournament, Rules Questions

Hello Vigilantes and Mercenaries!
I'm pleased to announce the following updates to fulfillment in North America:
- United States Shipments: Mostly Delivered (a few that should be delivered this week)
- Canadian Shipments: Most West Coast shipments have been delivered and I expect the East Coast shipments to be arriving this week or early next week
- Local Pickup (Toronto): Games have arrived!

Local Pickup
I will be sending out an e-mail shortly to all backers that have selected Local Pickup. The games have arrived! The e-mail will contain the instructions and the address for pick-up. I will be available all day on Sunday, February 13th, 2022 (10am-6pm) for drop-ins, and am pleased to schedule contactless pick-up by e-mail based on your availability.
Insert Instructions
For those looking to better understand how to put the components away after opening the game, I'm also including recommended insert instructions below. This method has resulted in minimal shifting of the cards and other components inside, even when placed on its side. As you can see, there's plenty of space in the box - as an avid fan of board games myself, I wanted to ensure that future content could also be placed within the base game box!
Tournament at Decepta Con
I'm pleased to announce that the first Vigilante Tournament will take place at Decepta Con in Atlanta, GA. There's no better place to launch this than at a board game convention dedicated to Social Deduction games!
I'm looking forward to this, and really want to thank the organizers for their support!

Fulfillment Update U.S./Canada (Good news!)

I'm pleased to announce that for U.S. and Canadian backers that FunAgain Games has received all of the North American copies of Vigilante (after a long journey!). I'll connect with the team for more details on shipping dates, but we're now at the last step before finally shipping the games out to you.
I can't wait to hear your feedback on the game once you receive it, and answer any questions that come up!

Quick Fulfillment Update (U.S./Canada)

Hello Vigilantes and Mercenaries,
Happy Friday! Today's update is fairly short - I received word from the freight forwarder that the games have made their way to the Portland, OR container freight station. This is the last stop before shipment to FunAgain Games, and from there, they'll start to ship to backers!
I'll update you as soon as the shipment arrives :-)

Quick Fulfillment Update (U.S./Canada/Australia)

Hello Vigilantes and Mercenaries,
I hope that you're all enjoying the beginning of the holiday season. This will be a very quick update.
U.S./Canadian Backers
The container has been dispatched on December 22nd to the Container Freight Station in Seattle for 'devanning' (the process of unloading the cargo from the container). At this point, I'm still targeting a January 2022 delivery, and will keep you posted on the status.
Australian Backers
On December 1st, your copies were shipped out of Germany (Happy Shops). As of now, the last update is that they were cleared out of Frankfurt on December 2nd. I believe that you would have also received tracking info - if you didn't receive tracking information, please reach out to me at [email protected]. Hoping that the games will arrive soon.

U.S./Canada/Australia Shipping Delays

Hello Vigilantes and Mercenaries,
For our U.S./Canadian/Australian backers: Unfortunately, we had anticipated earlier deliveries of your copies of Vigilante, and are waiting for the backlog at the ports to clear up. As I check the status of the Seaspan Thames on at least a daily basis for movement, it has been at anchor in B.C. for nearly a month. Our freight forwarder has been told that it is expected to dock in Seattle (our port) within the next 1-3 weeks. I'm in regular communication with them and will let you all know once the game is unloaded.
At this point, I'm anticipating a January 2022 delivery - while this is still an improvement on the originally planned March 2022, I do apologize if I set any expectations for an earlier delivery.
Quick Update for all backers: On the play-testing front, both Vigilante: Story Mode and Vigilante: Hidden Motives have made some progress! Vigilante will be making its big convention debut at Decepta Con 2022 in Atlanta, and I'm pleased to say that I have the promo cards for the event already on hand!
