Quick Update - Address Confirmation and Update on Manufacturing

Happy Friday Vigilantes and Mercenaries!
Today's update will be brief. All of the final components have been signed off on, and production is in progress! I'm working with the manufacturer to confirm when everything will be complete and hope to have a rough estimate in our next update.
BackerKit reminders have been sent out to lock addresses (if you're doing local Toronto pickup, you may disregard this), for any backers that have moved. Of course, if there are any address changes after your address is locked in, please let us know as soon as possible at [email protected].
While the Kickstarter states March 2022 as the delivery date, we're actually targeting early fall 2021. This of course still depends on how quick manufacturing/assembly is, how quickly we can get the freight to the fulfillment centres, and how quickly they can process these shipments. Since this was my first Kickstarter project, I've built in a lot of buffer and am happy to report that we're further ahead of schedule than I expected.

The Sample has Arrived!!!

I'm pleased to share a few quick photos of the sample that arrived today! In general, the components look and feel great. There is a list of changes to be made and I will continue to work with the manufacturer to finalize those changes before we go to manufacturing. Let us know what you think in the comments!

Pledge Manager is Locked, Sample Incoming

Hello Vigilantes and Mercenaries,
We have a few quick updates as we're progressing along our path to manufacturing.
Sample is produced and shipped
DoFine Games has printed / manufactured the proof for final verification that everything looks good. Last night I received the tracking number and I'll post photos as soon as it arrives!
Pledge Manager is closed
Nearly all of you have responded to the BackerKit survey within the deadline. Shipping charges were processed this past weekend; if for any reason that charge couldn't go through (i.e. expired credit card), you would have received an e-mail to update your payment information. If you missed the survey or have any questions, please reach out to [email protected] immediately.
A Fighting Chance
In Vigilante, losing one of your Heroes is tough. It takes time to rebuild, so we've decided to spice up The Agency with one more interesting card: Scout. Credit goes to Keven who suggested this after extensive play-testing.
The appeal of this card isn't only for the influence discount, but also the ability to view 5 new Heroes/Mercenaries. For a good or neutral player, this could be the chance you need to get a 3-Attack Hero to round out your team. For an evil player, you might take the chance to see if you can find a disruptive Mercenary.

BackerKit Surveys and Pre-orders

As mentioned previously, the BackerKit surveys have been sent out. If you haven't filled out your survey yet, please do so (it's possible the e-mail ended up in a spam or promotion folder). There will be an automatic reminder sent. This survey needs to be filled out by May 26th, 2021, and is essential to collect shipping information, upgraded pledges, and add-ons.

As far as progress, we're just finalizing the sample files with the manufacturers. Some minor adjustments needed to be made to accommodate the revised manufacturer templates. I'm also expecting all of the rulebook edits (including the new Scenario and new Identities) to be sent by the end of the week. The next step from there is for the manufacturer to send me a sample for approval. Once approved, we move into manufacturing!
